  2. Yes FIFA 2010 is free when you take out the Premier or Max packages and you opt for the Al Jazeera sports channels (currently AED 23 per month)

  5. I don't like one thing, etisalat says eLife is unlimited and then there is a download limit of 100GB per month and if you exceed there are additional charges, why?

  8. @Anonymous The eLife fair usage policy of 100GB is planned for implementation in September 2010. There will be tools for customers to check their consumption. In case 100GB is reached, 1 extra GB will be charged at AED25. The fair usage limitations are there as a guide to how much you can use without charge. We find it is normally high enough for most customers

  11. I contacted 800 PROMO yesterday(30/06/2010)regarding elife triple play and gave all requested details and the package i wish to subscribe. I was told that the sales team will contact me, but as of today(01/07/2010) 12 noon no one has contacted me. Kindly advise when can I expect a response?

  12. Irresponsible...the least to say. I called 800 PROMO on 30/06/2010 for elife subscription. I was advised that a sales team will contact me but unfortunately even after 4 days there is no response. If this is the response even before applying I am left to wonder what it would be after installation in case of any possible techncal glitches..Really appalling !!!!!

    I have shifted my home to new building. I requested etisalat for shifting my al shammil. Form etisalat I could leran that I have to stop subscribing al shammil and apply for e life for the new building and they offered high quality voice and faster internet. so I did and availing your service to new building now. BUT,.. the voice quality is the same and internet has same speed what I had used with al shamil... Why is that? Now I'm paying more.. 300dhms instead of (189+15)

  21. I have had elife installed but not working now for more than 5 dyas, I was told in would be activated on the same day of installation!!. I have phoned everyday and the all say we will escalate it, fill a comlaint, etc, etc.
    I have missed most of the premier league season start and was told manay different reasons from commercial not yet approving the channels due to technical fault. I have been use to BT and if there is an issue its nowly completed asap and explained. I don't liek to taken for a fool.

  23. I already buy Evision Premier Plus Packages - Orbit Showtime but...i not see Showsports 1 channel in channels list..i dont know what happend, what i should to do now? i buy that package because i watch fooball from england. help me.

  24. @Nguyen Ngoc The English Premier league is available exclusively through the Abu Dhabi Sports channels this season.

    Show Sports 1 is available exclusively through OSN Platinum Extra
    Package on E-vision platform.

    I subscribed to the Triple Play for 3 weeks now and so far am happy with it. However, how do I get the TV guide working on the E-life/e-vision TV channels including Info, details including future programs especially for the OSN packages.

    i have suscribed to elife triple play more then 2 months, i am paying the fees for al jazeera sport and the hd channels. i am still not able to view al jazeera +9/+10 and al jazeera HD. they said it was included with the world cup package. is there any any news if we will be viewing these channels soon? is etisalat will be merging these channels to be included with the others al jazeera sport channels?

  31. Why did the Fair Usage Policy has been removed from the website? I mean it was there around Feb 2010 when you check the package for subscription but I don't see it anymore? Does this mean that Etisalat has removed the Cap on the download for the Max?
    Please advice. Because I expect a transparence communication from who I do business with.

  32. we recently subscribed etisalat elife connection with 6gb limited downloads.in the first month,we used to get all Asian channels plus ESPN,neo sports,and other English channels.but now,we just have the malayalam channels.why is this happening?do we have to pay extra for the other channels?
